Positioned high above the coastline with distant views across the Gold Coast beaches, this project embraces the beauty of elevated living from every level of the home.

Set on an existing sloping block with a significant cut into the hillside, the design response was to work with the land rather than against it. A carefully considered stepped layout follows the natural hillform, allowing each level to connect seamlessly while maximising outlook, light, and usable space.

The material palette draws inspiration from the landscape—raw stone, off-form concrete, warm timber, and integrated greenery combine to create a home that feels grounded, refined, and timeless. These natural finishes soften the architecture and bring a sense of calm to the dramatic setting.

At the uppermost level, the home opens to a private rear pool retreat designed for entertaining on a grand scale. Flowing from front terraces with ocean outlooks through to the secluded rear pool area, the top floor becomes a complete lifestyle space for gathering, relaxing, and enjoying the best of indoor-outdoor living.

The result is a home that feels both luxurious and effortless—an elevated sanctuary where architecture, landscape, and breathtaking views come together in perfect balance.
