Storage is integrated, circulation is intuitive, and each space is designed to feel purposeful.

Framed by water views over Noosa Quay, the home constantly connects back to its setting. Light becomes a key material in itself, shifting throughout the day and softening the boundaries between interior and exterior.

 

Advanced visualisation tools were used throughout the design process to ensure a clear and accurate translation of intent into reality.
